  • SMITH Raphmaj Diplomates / Desiderea Nuncia

“Désidération” explores the multifaceted narrative of art and science practice, philosophy and thought. It proposes another myth of the universe, considering that mankind is in interstellar space seeking a new alliance with the original universe.

Desiderea Nuncia (Emissary of Desire) combines the photographs of photographer, filmmaker, and visual artist SMITH, the texts of writer Lucien Raphmaj, and the architectural plans of Diplomates with some knowledge to materialize the phenomenon of desire. It is summarized as a method.

At the intersection of art, performance, philosophy, science, mystery novels, and architecture, "Désidération" depicts the thoughts of interstellar humans seeking a connection with the original universe, and the possibility of another history and destiny of humanity. Configure Installations, laboratories, temples, clinics, astronomical observatories, radio sets, projects, conferences, rituals, works (photography, video, sculpture, dance, music, literature), many nerve endings and their multiple variations will be embodied by the evolving architecture that hosts the... Desiderea Nuncia, a book in the vein of Désidération, serves as a guide to the vast universe of these artists. The book takes us on a journey under the moon, a reverie, and a ritual of reconciliation with cosmic destiny through five mind-mapped chapters along which the book progresses.
