Yoko Kusano × Wataru Komachi / PRIVATE FICTION

A collaboration zine by photographer Yoko Kusano and artist Wataru Komachi. The two met in April 2021 when they collaborated on the free magazine magazine ii published by mixi. In this collection of works, Komachi has completed collages of Kusano's photographs.
 
Yoko Kusano is a photographer who is currently active in numerous media, including fashion and culture magazines, and specializes in delicately photographing the subtleties of everyday life. Wataru Komachi, who was greatly influenced by music and became a self-taught artist after working in a band, is active all over the world. This 16-page collection of works clearly expresses the intensity of the collaboration between the two.
