本書は、BlackMass Publishing のユスフ・ハッサンがアーカイブしてきた、PUNKに関するイメージを集成したZINEである。
イギリス、アメリカ、日本など、各国のPUNKカルチャーに関わる写真やイメージを収録し、それらの並置と編集によって、多層的な解釈を促す構成となっている。
本作は「リサーチおよび教育のためのプロジェクト」と位置づけられており、単なる資料集にとどまらず、イメージ同士の関係性、そしてZINEという形式そのものが生み出す意味の広がりを提示している。
 
本ZINEは、2026年3月13日より開催される TOGA AOYAMA でのポップアップにあわせて、特別に制作された。
 
This zine brings together a collection of punk-related images archived by Yusuf Hassan of BlackMass Publishing.
Featuring photographs and visual materials from punk cultures in the United Kingdom, the United States, and Japan, the publication is structured through juxtaposition and editorial sequencing to encourage layered interpretations.
Positioned as “a project for research and education,” this work extends beyond a simple compilation of materials, proposing an expanded field of meaning generated through the relationships between images, as well as through the form of the zine itself.
This zine was specially produced to coincide with the pop-up held at TOGA AOYAMA, opening on March 13, 2026.
