Through this project, Indelicato reflects on the environmental crisis, asserting her animistic relationship with nature and her right to protect this fragile land. The volcano itself becomes her spokesperson, portraying it as a living entity, protecting the delicate earth. She develops her photographs using pollutant-free materials such as coffee, vitamin C, and seawater, forging an organic connection between her creative process and the island's rugged yet unyielding nature.
